Stannah Country Park Accessible Facilities Installation

Singleton & Smart Ltd were appointed to undertake the full groundworks and infrastructure package for the installation of a new modular accessible welfare facility at Stannah Country Park. The project involved transforming an undeveloped grassed area into a fully serviced installation site capable of supporting a prefabricated modular building. The works included extensive excavation, reinforced concrete foundation construction, drainage infrastructure, water supply upgrades, electrical service connections, and final crane installation support. Singleton & Smart delivered the complete enabling works package from initial excavation through to final utility connections and placement of the modular facility.
